The conclusion to our study in chapter three of James writes that true wisdom is evident by it meek manner as their works are done without attention to themselves. James then contrasts earthly vs. heavenly wisdom, showing worldly wisdom is earthly, sensual, and demonic, where as heavenly is first pure, peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, having no partiality or hypocrisy and is sown in peace.
